• Natrocell has now negotiated and signed a seven-year distribution contract with Univalent Impex in India

• The contract has minimum order levels, which rise from 500 to 2,000 tonnes per year

• In return, Univalent has exclusivity over the Indian market, the company works very closely with the Indian government which will entail Natrocell to far exceed the contract worth

• The contract is worth £11.5m to Natrocell over its initial term but will give rise to working capital requirements in its initial months

• Natrocell will seek a listing on the PLUS markets as soon as possible in order to provide additional working capital for this and other contracts.
